EcoDES - Studio 

EcoDES Studio, in collaboration with Eco Design and Management Institute (EDMI) and Environmental and Territorial Management Institute (ETMI), supported by the German Government through “Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Office Pristina, will organize for the first time a Short Course on Waste Management.

 

Some of the topics that will be delivered during the short course are: planning of waste management schemes in an urban area, identification of measures for waste minimisation, circular economy and safe management of specific waste streams (bulky and inert waste).

The intensive program of this course will be delivered from December 10th – 15th in Durrës, which will include theoretical and practical sessions.

​

Interested candidates to participate to the course should be master graduated students, or undergraduate students during their master studies in the fields of environmental engineering, environmental management, or other similar fields from Polytechnic University of Tirana in Albania and University “Haxhi Zeka” of Peja in Kosovo. Certificates will be provided for successful participants.
